All natural aromatherapy bath milk. We use only the finest ingredients available for our bath and body products. Magnesium sulfate to relax tired muscles, powdered milk and sodium bicarbonate to soften skin (and keep the tub clean!), lavender buds and pure essential oil of lavender to help relax and give a sense of well being.

Directions: 3 or 4 tablespoons in a warm bath.
