Uses: A soothing blend of organic ingredients to bring comfort and calm in times of anxiety. No caffeine.

Ingredients: Organic South African bush tea (roobis) organic lavender, organic peppermint and organic rosehips.

Directions: Three heaping teaspoons per pot, or one teaspoon per cup. Steep for several minutes.

Hint: Add 1 tsp. of our lavender honey to a pot of Lavender Tea…yummy!
